Our Social Events
At Harrow and Pinner Lions, like all Lions Clubs, the members develop close relationships, not just with other members of our Club, but also other Clubs that we are in contact with. So as you can imagine, there is normally a full list of Events to attend so there is never any excuse for getting bored!
With Quiz Nights, Race Nights, Galas, Day Trips, Social Meals,
Parties and even trips to Douai and a Medieval Night at Warwick
Castle we try to keep the calendar varied.
It must be noted, however, that members fund these outings, events and trips themselves - not a penny is used from the monies we collect from our fundraising activities.

One of the biggest events for every Lions Club each year is the
Charter Celebration, which is like a Birthday Party to mark the
anniversary of the Club being formed.
All Clubs celebrate their Charter in different ways with Dinner and Dance events, Garden Parties, Cocktail Parties, Lunches etc.

In addition to this, we also host parties and events for various
community groups, providing entertainment and lots of social
interaction for all those involved.
Even during our regular meetings we often take time to have a
celebration whether it is a birthday or the induction of a new
member, we make sure we mark the occasion.
So wherever we may be or whatever we are doing, we certainly try to
put the "Fun" in "Fundraising"
